Dipika fell in love with aerial yoga and antigravity fitness when she tried it for the first time in 2016, in Las Vegas and then went back for more in 2017.
She got hooked on to the way it made her feel.. working out with less pressure on the body along with benefits such as flexibility, strength, balance, alignment, focus and all of it in air! Meditation in the hammocks is her favourite thing. She calls it ‘Cocoon Meditation’ for it feels as if the body is wrapped and protected inside a cocoon.
Aerial Fitness has been a large part of Dipika’s fitness routine since 2017. She decided to bring it back home as Firefly – Aerial Fitness, in form of regular fitness classes at a studio in Andheri, Lokhandwala.
